The Rugby is played by an elliptical ball, and two teams with fifteen players are involved. The goal is to score as many points as possible by passing the ball beyond the cross-section of the court or the line of the shot. Points are achieved by a try, which is worth five points or feet so that the ball crosses the space between the two tripods and above the beam and falls to the ground behind the goal provided for it. There are 3ways, which are "penalty goal", "drop target", and "conversion". Drop goal in rugby is the way in which one goal is scored during an active rugby game so that the ball touches the ground immediately after discharge from the hand and just before the foot strike and is worth three points. A 'penalty goal' or a penalty is when the ball is sent towards the goal from the ground or a drop shot after the opponent has been misled. The penalty score is worth three points. Conversion or conversion is granted after successful placement. A conversion can be used with a "drop kick" or with the aid of a ball stand with which the ball stands vertically on the ground. Converting is worth two points.

The team is divided into players of the set and player line. The players of the set are: left and right pillar, anchor, left and right of the second row together, left and right-wing together and zipper. Players line are the clutch, opener, first centre, second centre, left and right-wing and defender.

The set is formed and starts the game after the violation and break, and the players agree on the formation and they mutually wrap themselves. The advantage is the team to which the ball is awarded in an anchor because the anchor catches the ball, and pushes the ball into the set against the player of the clutch. The opposing team tries to disable this intent by pushing or rotating the entire formation. '' Ruck '' allows a quick flow of balls for a more dynamic game. It is formed when players from both teams come into contact above the ball, and in that formation, it is forbidden to play with hands. Players on the ground are not fighting for the ball. The Maul in a rugby game is formed when the opposing players keep the ballplayer. The player is held on his feet. In the event that the ball is in the maul or mill, and no team can play with the ball, then the referee stops the game and calls the set. The rule of advantage is the same as in football. The referee assesses the continuation of the game even though the opponent has made a foul, or if the striker has made a sufficient advantage. If it is not, then the offence is fought at the place where it was made.

The match lasts 2 x 40 minutes and can be extended by a referee's decision due to a possible indication of assistance to the injured players. The referee judges the referee with the help of two-line referee. The referee gives a yellow card for minor offences, and the player leaves the game for ten minutes. A red card is awarded to a player for a serious infringement or as a second yellow card, and the player is excluded from the game.

The three best reprints from each group from the 2007 World Cup were provided with direct participation, as well as semi-finalists from South Africa, England, Argentina, France, then quarter-finalists from Australia, Fiji, and Scotland, and the third in groups: Ireland, Italy, Tonga. Eight teams took part in the squad, which were Japan, Namibia, Romania, Georgia, Russia, Samoa, Canada, and the United States. Russia was a debutant. England had all four victories in Group B, Argentina took second place and Scotland third. In the derby of the English group they beat Argentine with 13: 9. An exciting match was played between England and Scotland, with England winning by 16:12. Totally unexpected, Ireland was the winner of Group C and left Australia behind (getting 15: 6), so for the first time in history, Australia did not win the first place in the group. The current champion South Africa achieved all four victories in Group D. The second place in the same group was Wales, while Samoa was the third. In the Group D derby, South Africa defeated Wales at 17:16. In the quarter-finals of the planetary championship, the medal winners finished the competition. The current world champion, South Africa, was defeated by Australia with 11: 9, the current vice champion England lost to France at 19:12, and bronze from France, Argentina, was defeated by New Zealand with 33:10. Ireland, which was surprisingly the first in Group D, was exempt from further competition in the quarter-final, because it was defeated by Wales 22:10.

New Zealand won Australia in the semifinals of the World Cup with 20: 6, while France defeated Wales 9: 8 in a match that marked Warburton's Red Card. Australia defeated the Wales team at 21:18 in the match for the bronze medal. In the grand finale at Eden Park in Auckland, All Blacks and the French came together, who made a real achievement after the defeat of Tonge in the group stage, and the same teams played in the group stage. There was a trench battle for every centimeter of the field, and each the team scored one essay. New Zealanders took tryem Woodcock in the 15th minute (5: 0), but there was no conversion. The legendary fly half All Blacksa Carter spent earlier, so that he literally jumped from Donald fishing, only after being hurt by both Cruden and Slade, and increased the advantage of the host at 8: 0. Trih-Duc tried to reduce the gap in the halftime, but failed. Soon after, the response from the French, which a minute later reached try and conversion, through Dusautoir, was turned into Trinh Duc. who later had the opportunity to lead Galskoye Pilots out of the penalty, but failed.

By the end of the match, there were chances on both sides, but the defense worked well. New Zealand, eventually led by the legendary flanker and captain Richie McCaw, won 8: 7 and won the title of the world champions for the second time. For the third time, the organizer of the competition was a champion. It happened in New Zealand in 1987 and in South Africa in 1995. The best shooter was a half-Springbok Steyn fleet, and most of the essays were scored by England and France Ashton and Clerc after 6.

The Rugby World Championship 2007

In 2007, in ten French cities (along with Cardiff and Edinburgh), the sixth World Cup in history was held, where 20 teams fought for the Web Elis Trophy All participants in the Quarterfinals from the 2003 World Championships had secured participation at the 2007 World Cup. The other 12 teams took part in the continental qualifications that started in 2004. From the ocean zone qualified Samoa and Fiji, the USA, Canada and Argentina went to the US, while Italy and Romania were from the European zone. From Asia, Japan, from Namibia, Africa, and Portugal, and Tonga, through participation in the tournament. Portugal was the only debutant at the World Cup. For the third consecutive time, Namibia was placed in the World Cup through qualifications. Another novelty was introduced at this premiere, which is that three of the best teams from each group had secured participation in the next SP, in 2011.

The competition was opened by France and Argentina at the Stade de France stadium in St Denis, outside of Paris. The finals of the championship were played in the same stadium. The champions of the group with all four victories were New Zealand, Australia and South Africa. Other places in their group with three victories and one defeat took England, Fiji, Scotland and France. Fiji, along with Wales, went to the quarter-finals of the championship. Third places in the teams and direct placement for the next World Cup were provided by Tonga, Wales, Italy and Ireland. There were surprises in group A. South Africa and England expected to go into the quarter-finals, and the third place and direct placement for the next world championship came from Tonga, who defeated the US and Samoa. In the group phase, South Africa beat England with 36: 0. For the first time and the history of world championships, the English have not scored a single point. For the first time in the history of the competition, the current world champion did not achieve a single point in the world championship.

From Group B, the biggest disappointment was made by Wales, who did not win the quarter-finals. In the fight for the second place in Group B Fiji was better than Wales with 38:34, so the Fijians won the place among the top eight teams of the world, their biggest success in the Mundials. The first in Group B was Australia, which had all four victories and a maximum of 20 points. In every victory she has achieved four and more essays. The Australian team was then the most experienced team in history. All Blacks won all 20 points in group C, and scored 309 points in total, representing a record for the number of points scored in the group stage of the competition. In the battle for the second place in the group and placement in the quarterfinals, Scotland defeated Italy at 18:16. Group D was declared a group of deaths because they played Franz, Ireland, and Argentina, which was also a hit for this championship. Argentina defeated France at 17:12 in the match that opened the World Cup, and in the same group won Ireland at 30:15. Argentina won the first place in the group with all the victories next to the hosts of France and Ireland. For the third time in history, Argentina played at the opening of world championships. Argentina is just another national team in the history that hosted the host of Rugby Mundial at the opening of the competition.

Then South Africa made a victory, leaving the English without a point. The English thought it was time to collect debts. No match was scored in the match for the world champion, so points came exclusively from penalty shootouts, and after the half-time, Springboks led with 9: 3. In the first half, Jonathan Wilkinson failed to score a drop-goal. In the second half, the English were able to reduce to 9: 6, but that was their last hitch. What remains to be a topic for the eternal debate is whether Cueto scored a try or not in 42 minutes when the English lost 9-3 since hawk eye technology was not yet in use, the judges decided not to, and he believes it is. By the end of the match, Montgomery will score two more penalties for the final 15: 6 and for the second title of the champion of the planet for Springboys. In the match for the bronze medal, Argentines beat France with 34:10. The best shooter was the aforementioned flyhalf championship team Montogomery, and the most essay was scored by his countryman Bryan Habana

In addition, this championship will be remembered for something else: the fact that this event was inscribed with golden letters in history, because by then the "white sport" became only what it really is, and that is a sport that connects and respects people, regardless of on their differences.

After years of "apartheid", a big man came to the position of president, perhaps the biggest one that Africa gave him, Nelson Mandela. He decided to support the JAR team at the Rugby World Championship and thus encouraged the team that other dark-skinned compatriots decided to come to the stadium and support the national team they had called up white until then and that they were a symbol of minority terror over the majority. In the final against All Blacks from New Zealand in the Row battle that did not see the end, as there were pierced, Mandela came down from the stands to Springboks's locker room and motivated them, who later admitted to himself that this speech gave him incentives and knew they are not going to go away.

In extra time they celebrated a drop-kick shot by the flanker François Pienaar, and All Blacks are still justified by poisoning food the night before.
The winner's cup was handed to his "white" compatriots Nelson Mandela dressed in the green cap of Springboks and the Republic of South Africa. After this championship, rugby in the JAR became the most popular sport, and there was no further prejudice about how it was a sport intended for white men. It is worth mentioning the good result of Canada, which finished second in its group and went to the quarter-finals, but against New Zealand, of course, she could not. The disqualification of the World Championship was Fiji's team, which ended in the group stage with all three defeats.

They were first defeated by Canada with 13: 9, then from France with 33: 9 and finally from Romania 17:15. In the quarter-finals, New Zealand and Scotland achieved the expected victories. New Zealand won Canada 29:13, while Scotland was better than Western Samoa with 28: 6. In the quarter-final, two derbies were also played.

A direct show was also provided to the South Africa team, but due to interracial interference in the country, they dropped out of the competition. Interestingly, the qualifications were not played, the invitations were distributed, and even more interestingly, as the team did not receive the invitation even though it was part of the above-mentioned representations, it seems that at that time everything was not ideal in the "neighborhood".

Al 'that's why the invitations were received by Argentina, Fiji, Italy, Canada, Romania, Tonga, Japan, Zimbabwe, and the United States. It's interesting to say that all of these teams play in Zimbabwe at the upcoming England Championship. The first world champions were New Zealand's best known as All Blacks, who beat the French team in the finals with 29: 9. In the "small" finals, the third place battle, Australia, who hosted the game, lost to Welsh 21: 22.
